Founded in 1921, this Tom Bendelow designed, 9-hole, semi-private golf course is a gem for all levels of golfers. Our beautifully laid out and well-maintained golf course is closed to public play until noon every day.
The Club also offers a myriad of social events for its members along with tennis courts and recreational park. Additional facilities include the Pro Shop and Clubhouse. We have two course managers and a current Club Manager. With over 150 active members from all over the country and the world, many of them have made Mullett Lake their summer home and MLCC their playground for several generations.
Tom Bendelow
Tom Bendelow (1868–1936), nicknamed "The Johnny Appleseed of American Golf" and "The Dean of American Golf" was a renowned Scottish American golf course architect during the first half of the twentieth century. He is credited with having designed some 600 courses in a 35-year span. No fewer than six of his designs have received historic designation by the National Park Service for their significance.
In addition to Mullett Lake Country Club, Tom is known for designing Medinah Country Club (Chicago) where he designed all three of the Club’s courses, as well as East Lake Club (Atlanta) and Birmingham Country Club (Detroit).

Golf Rates
MLCC is a semi-private golf course. Golf course members are allowed on the course at day break. The public are welcome to play any time from noon until 8 p.m. Monday through Sunday.

MLCC's offers very affordable golf. Our 9-hole rate is $22 for walkers or $35 with a cart.
